Stress, burn-out, bore-out... they are still sensitive themes. Their signals are sometimes difficult to detect, often you only see the tip of the iceberg, because someone who suffers from burn-out often doesn't want to know about it, and certainly doesn't want to share it.

Tarayogini combines the advantages of Eastern techniques with the view of a Western business coach. We offer companies a whole range of tools to help them develop a sound health policy for all employees: management, workers and employees.

This program is suitable for managers, workers and employees.

The Stress Release Program consists of six modules:

  • Get In Balance (five movement exercises
    to create a balance between body, mind, energy and emotions)
  • The power of breath (breathing

    questions to achieve self-insight)

This program is aimed at managers.


It consists of three modules:

  • Wealth of the body (exercise to reduce the physical symptoms of stress) 
  • Wealth of the mind (training your mind and expanding your consciousness) 
  • Wealth of life (for a deeper sense of well-being about your life and your relationship with others).

A healthy sleep, eating and movement pattern are central to the outcome.

Your energy level is determined by three essential parameters:

  • In the Sleep module, we pay attention to the importance of a good night's sleep. You will receive relaxation exercises and tips to help with sleep problems. 
  • The Breath module focuses on your breathing. Breathing techniques can de-stress your body and calm your mind.

The module Yoga@work provides a workshop in Tibetan Healing Yoga Lu Jong and a session of Tog Chöd or sword yoga.

In the module Mind, we offer several workshops:

  • Calming down our monkey mind
    In this workshop, you can follow traditional Mindfulness and Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). In eight weeks, you will learn techniques to become (re-) aware of your body, breath, emotions and thoughts. You will also get to know and understand your mind better.
  • Training of the elephant
    This program consists of authentic Tibetan meditation or Advanced Mindfulness Training. Here you will learn through a step-by-step plan on how to train your mind to become more aware. Training your mind is done through the same brain centre as learning a language, mindfulness is not something you do occasionally, but rather something you learn how to be. We teach you when you need to pay attention and how you can empower yourself. In this way, mindfulness is integrated into your life as a way of being. This means that you live your life yourself, rather than being at the mercy of your brain.
  • Turn all your good intentions into success
    We all have good intentions. Think of how many New Year’s Resolutions you make and how any of them you actually put into practice. With our workshop 'Turn all your good intentions into success' we help you to actually achieve your goals. Among other things, we will map out what undermines your success and how you can overcome obstacles.

This workshop contains two modules that make you think about your relationship with yourself and with others, and about your attitude towards your environment. You have the choice between

  • Stand grounded in your work and life
    We sometimes have too high expectations of ourselves, others and life in general. In this workshop, we will work with several insightful thoughts that will make you feel more grounded and realistic in life. We will give them an individual translation to your life through a concrete action plan.
  • Heartfulness training
    Caring for others and self-care are the basis of a good relationship, whether it is a partner relationship, a relationship between colleagues or an employee-employer relationship. In this workshop, we first learn how to relate to ourselves, and from there, how to be in a healthy relationship with others. This is the only way we can achieve our goals.

This is a personal leadership course lasting nine days.

What do we mean by personal leadership? 

Through this program, we give you the tools to guide your work and your life in a better way.

Ik had onlangs het geluk om een sessie van fit@yourdesk te kunnen bijwonen in het kader van onze jaarlijkse veiligheidsdag.
