Bring your body and mind into balance with each other
Body & Mind are the two entrances or ways to achieve balance. They are irrevocably connected. Everything that occurs in the body, eventually, translates into the mind. And all our thoughts and emotions indirectly have a great influence on our body. That is why it is very important to tackle both levels.
All Body & Mind courses offered by Tarayogini have their roots in Tibetan Buddhism. They are recognised by the Nangten Menlang International Buddhist Centre, which provides all study material. In addition, the training takes place under the auspices of Tulku Lobsang, who is a renowned Tibetan lama.
It is also Tulku Lobsang himself who, after the basic course at Tarayogini, is responsible for the completion and deepening of the course with his master classes.

Body: certified training as a teacher in Tibetan healing yoga
Tarayogini offers three training courses for yoga teachers: Lu Jong I, Lu Jong II and Tog Chöd. They all have their origins in the Tantrayana tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, and their goal is to purify body and mind.
Lu Jong or Tibetan healing yoga works with female energy to release blockages around the body, so that energy flow will be improved. It has a direct effect on physical health, which also brings with it a sense of bliss.
Tog Chöd, the yoga of the wisdom of the sword, was developed by Tulku Lobsang. In this course, male energy is addressed. The goal of this form of yoga is to have more space and rest in the mind. Instead of living in the past or in the future, this form of yoga, with its powerful exercises, helps us to stand consciously in the here and now.
Certified mind training
In these courses, the impact of our mind on our body and our life is studied, because it is not insignificant. You may be healthy, and your life may run perfectly, but if your mind is not clear, this has a major impact on your energy and your well-being.
A quote from HH XIV Dalai Lama:
“If we can maintain a calm and peacefull mind, our external surrounding can only cause us limited disturbance.”
At Tarayogini you can follow two courses to achieve a calm and open mind. Discover more explanations and all the practical information about Tarayogini's mind training courses.
Authentic Tibetan mindfulness meditation
Method: Nine stages of Calm-abiding the mind
The first step is to be fully present: experience the moment and accept it as it is.
Thoughts and emotions are sometimes so strong they take over and lead you to actions you did not really want to take.
By training your mind, you will be able to direct your attention to one single point of focus. In Pali this is called Shamatha.
This training will teach you to train your attention with an authentic Tibetan method: "The Nine Stages of Calm-Abiding the Mind". It is aimed at taming your ‘wild elephant’, as they call an agitated mind in the East, so that it would become functional. With the help of a map and a compass, you will reach your goal – a strong and functional mind – in a structured manner.
This is a practical and theoretical training.

Once you have gained this insight, you can also be a valuable coach to others.
This is a practical and theoretical training.
We would recommend this training to everyone, but especially to coaches and therapists the Buddhist psychology offers a useful deepening of knowledge.
“There is no need for temples,
no need for complicated hilosophies, my brain and my heart are my temples, my philosophy is kindness.”
