How does a session go?
A Stress Formatting session is usually very pleasant. It is a gentle, safe and very relaxing method, which is also very efficient at the same time.
During a first appointment, an intake interview is conducted to get acquainted and to consider the expectations and questions of the client.
The session itself takes place lying on a massage table, very relaxed.
During the session, a number of points on the body are gently touched. We call this acu-holding. These are acupuncture points, which we use in a specific way to relieve stress.
Often people start to breathe more deeply during the session, which allows the stress to flow away even better.
After the session there is a short conversation, during which there is room to talk about the experiences. Often there is a form of awareness of old memories or patterns that can now be released.

Ik begrijp nog niet wat je juist gedaan heb, maar het belangrijkste is dat ik het effect voel. Mijn stress is er nog en ja de zorgen en een vaag gevoel van angst ook nog. Waar op ik mediteer. Maar de verlammende angst heb ik nog niet gevoeld. En dat maakt al het verschil, ik voel me vrijer, minder verkrampt en kan weer denken en
creatief zijn, waardoor ik weer oplossingen zie in plaats van vast te zitten. Het voelen is nog moeilijk, maar ik blijf oefenen.
