The module Yoga@work provides a workshop in Tibetan Healing Yoga Lu Jong and a session of Tog Chöd or sword yoga.

Calming down our monkey mind
In this workshop, you can follow traditional Mindfulness and Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). In eight weeks, you will learn techniques to become (re-) aware of your body, breath, emotions and thoughts. You will also get to know and understand your mind better.
Training of the elephant
This program consists of authentic Tibetan meditation or Advanced Mindfulness Training. Here you will learn through a step-by-step plan on how to train your mind to become more aware. Training your mind is done through the same brain centre as learning a language, mindfulness is not something you do occasionally, but rather something you learn how to be. We teach you when you need to pay attention and how you can empower yourself. In this way, mindfulness is integrated into your life as a way of being. This means that you live your life yourself, rather than being at the mercy of your brain.
Turn all your good intentions into success
We all have good intentions. Think of how many New Year’s Resolutions you make and how any of them you actually put into practice. With our workshop 'Turn all your good intentions into success' we help you to actually achieve your goals.
